Returns

For online purchases made by private consumers, existing works, limited editions that have already been produced and standard non-personalised works may, as a general rule, qualify for the 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from receipt.

This right may not apply to works made to the buyer’s particular specifications or clearly personalised.

For purchases made by companies or professionals acting in the course of their activity, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply in the same way.
