We want the acquisition of a Bernard Rives work to be made with complete confidence.
For online purchases made by private consumers, works that have not been made to the buyer’s particular specifications and are not clearly personalised may, as a general rule, qualify for the 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt.
Our team will assist you throughout the return process whenever this right applies.
Works of art shown on the website will always be best appreciated in person. But if a work is not exactly what you expected, returns are free and straightforward where the right of withdrawal applies.
14 DAYS TO DECIDE
For purchases that qualify for the right of withdrawal, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the work to inform us of your decision.
FREE RETURN
Where the return falls within our withdrawal policy, we will arrange collection of the work at no additional cost to you.
COLLECTION ARRANGED BY OUR TEAM
We will coordinate collection with you using a suitable transport service so that the work can be returned properly protected.
BESPOKE WORKS
Works made to the buyer’s particular specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
REFUND
Once the work has been received and its condition checked, we will process the refund using the applicable payment method.
Professional purchases: where the purchase is made by a company or professional acting in the course of their activity, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply in the same way.
